Daily public-service programme
Your complaint gets through, and we follow it up until it is resolved

The programme's camera toured the alleys of the Old City, where families have restored their homes and moved back in but still buy water from mobile tankers. The programme took the complaint to the Nineveh Water Directorate, which announced that new pipes would be laid in three alleys next month as part of a project to rehabilitate the network.
About the programme
A public-service programme that pursues citizens' complaints with government departments until a solution is found.
“At Your Service” takes viewers' complaints by phone and WhatsApp, and each day picks those it can pursue with the department concerned: a stalled application, a neighbourhood without water or a late salary. The programme keeps returning to every case until it is resolved, and at the end of each month presents a tally of what has been achieved.
